Thursday, March 10th, 2016: Giants, Diamondbacks Agree to Deal
The Giants and Diamondbacks confirmed this afternoon that a trade had been agreed upon. In the deal, San Francisco will get 21-year old minor league reliever Waylon Biffle and a 1st round draft pick, while Arizona will receive 33-year old starting pitcher John Baldwin, 25-year old minor league reliever Edward Akers and 24-year old minor league reliever Dan Meyer.

Baldwin has collected 51 wins and 71 losses over his career with a 4.40 ERA. The 33-year-old hurler also has struck out 546 batters in 1041.2 innings and allowed 1209 hits.

Thursday, March 10th, 2016: San Francisco-Los Angeles (A) Trade Confirmed
The San Francisco Giants swapped 22-year old minor league first baseman Roberto Noriega and 24-year old minor league left fielder Christopher Heideman for a 6th round draft pick of the Angels of Anaheim after what Los Angeles (A) officials would only characterize as "difficult" negotiations.
